Question html export to SVG

Hello I saw the export Html when the svg with datein than exported png.
Has a special meaning?.
because if I delete the folder is still everything
Here the test with Perry

the export is png files
and here is the the picture alone

I do not understand
Do I need the png images ?

Some old browsers and mobiles don't support SVG, so they use the PNG file instead.

IE 6-8 uses embedded VML.
