Preview - Sound Issue with today's update

Hi, before I updated today to 2.1.4702, I could start a sound with a button and it would play in preview (play) mode.

Now I can't hear the sound unless I publish the project. If I add the sound to the timeline, I can hear the sound in preview mode. But before I could just fire it from a button script and hear in preview mode.

Yes...confirmed. I had a project that was playing sound ok from the sidebar in preview mode and now it cannot be heard in preview mode since the update.
