Web object...

it seems that once i place a web object...no matter how many layers are above it...it will still cover over anything that interects with it....even if the intersecting layer is above it on the layer list...

Makes it hard to arrange stuff if i have a web object in the background....

It has to be in the foreground as most old browsers and mobile browsers will show it this way. Sorry.
