I'm puzzled about what I'm doing wrong. I created a button, added it to the timeline, then tried to reposition it. I could select it and see its handles, but as soon as I tried to drag it, the handles vanished and it would not move.
I'm a total beginner.... what am I missing?

Ok that sounds weird. Are you using version 2. Is there any chance you could send the .hani project file to us with some instructions on how to see the problem. Info@hippostudios.co

I'm sending the file. But I also noticed that when I opened another instance of Hippo (version 2.7, by the way), the object moved just fine as I would expect.

We've been looking into this. It basically can't be moved because the opacity is 0. We'll fix this. Also if you want a transparent button, set the fill to "None" and opacity 100% or it won't work.

OK, there is a new update online which should work as expected. You won't be able to select anything when it's invisible but you will be able to select things when opacity is 0.

Wow! I'm impressed at the quickness of your response and the fact that you're even modifying the software. I am really enjoying learning about your tool. Thank you!
