use license from a crashed computer

Hi there, this is a calling from germany.

I bougth hippani in 2016. I used all updates. Now a had an computer crash.

After new installtion i received the message that the key is alredy used and i have to deactivate it.

My old computer is not working so i cant uninstall the software.

Is there a solution for my problem.
