Inserting into Learning Management System

I am inserting the HTML file into a Learning Management System (E-Learning). I need to use the HTML so it is compatible with iOS. When I insert the file it is not showing my background image. Anyone here have similar problem. It shows all the animations I added to the movie, but does not show my background image which is makes it just a bunch of animated stuff moving around.
