Hi there,
I wonder how I can add a script-action to any keyframe in the timeline.
I just saw that you can add a script to buttons.
Can you help me?

At the moment you can't sorry. You can accomplish most tasks without out it.
What are you trying to do?
(We hope to add more script features early next year)

Ok, lets say I have 2 scenes.
Normally at the last keyframe of scene 1 it goes straightly to scene 2.
I want to add a Stop( ) or something at the last keyframe of scene 1 - scene 2 should only show if a button is clicked.
How do I do that?

Say scene 1 & 2 have 50 frames. Turn off Auto Play & Loop in movie properties. OnStart script: PlayClip(0,50); Add a button. button OnClick script: GotoSceneIndex(2); PlayClip(0,50); What this video for more examples of this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3w9_Mrx9c9g

After updating to Hipp Animator 2.2 it works !
Seems there was a problem in the prior version.
When will you release Hippo Animator 3?

OK, glad it's working.
HA 3 will not be for another year. There will be 2.3, 2.4, 2.5... etc before then.

I think this pretty much covers what I was looking for... though just to confirm
Each scene plays directly after the next automatically?.. or how does it know which scene to move on to next and is there a way to change the order of which scene plays after the next scene..
for example
I make a web banner..
in the banner... Scene 1 promotes Shoes
Scene 2 promotes Food
Scene 3 promotes Music
this is fine as it runs and the client is happy as can be... until one day a customer views their site and comes back saying...
you know, your store is more about the music than the food ... perhaps the order of those should be changed...
How would this be achieved?
(probably and easy question but I figure it's quicker to ask than to try and locate the right search term to find it)
My assumptions are :
Scenes only play between eachother as long as autoplay is enabled and loop is turned off (they will keep cycling between each scene as the previous scene completes.)
Scenes can be dragged up or down in their order like layers... to set which scene plays before or after the next.
I'm guessing this is how it all works though better safe than sorry.

Actually turns out that my suspicions were somewhat close to being accurate..
had to turn off Loop... then I could add custom events for On end... Next Scene ();
but then now as I look at it... it seems even that is not necessary.. it automatically plays the next scene with loop turned on.. so long as there is a next scene to play. AND order can likely be changed by dragging and dropping scenes above or below each other in the Scene Viewer.
p.s. not sure if this is commonly known but for me, I found that :
You are able to right click on an item in the library area.. duplicate it... edit it... and then right click on the item you want to replace with it... and choose switch. very awesome!
and the fact you can duplicate a scene.. and all scenes share resources so you don't get bloated files with duplicate graphics if they are identical for all scenes is an even bigger A+
well, I'm a happy camper here so will let this thread be again... turns out the software was easy enough that I didn't need to find the help I thought I would need just by trial and error ~

Here's and example of how you add javascript to frames, which is now been made available since this thread was started.
In Movie -> On Update
var Time=parseInt(GetTime()); //Returns the time as a whole number if(Time==50){ PlayLoop(100,50); } if(Time==200){ //Do something else } etc....
