buttons on webpage

I have created a navbar with hippo using buttons and given them the name of pages in the website. when a button is pressed the destination page is inserted in the navbars iframe.
what I want is to be able to make ordinairy rollover buttons that can be used to navigate around a website, any ideas?

Turn on the "use mouse over" option for the button. More properties will then appear.

I did that, there is a script option for 'get url' but that puts the target in the button frame.
is there a tutorial showing how to use the buttons in a website?

Try GetTopUrl to change the top frame, or GetFrameUrl to change a different frame by name.
