Hippo Animator 3 beta coming very soon, I managed to get hold of a screenshot. New features include scripting in the timeline. Timelines within the timeline. MP4 video. HTML plugins. Easing types. Curved transitions. New GUI. Improved script errors. Windows remember where you positioned them. Lots an lots of minor improvements, fixes and tweeks. As soon as I get the beta I'll post it online, hopefully this week. Any thoughts on the new interface and features?

Really looking forward to the Curved transistions and timeline within Timeline. The new GUI is looking pretty okay too.

The wealth of new features sounds awesome!
Hard to come up with insightful comments just from one screenshot, but one thing I can say I may not be a fan of is having the tools way on the left and the Library and Properties on the right. Seems like that maximizes mouse movement when adding elements to the library. Is that configurable?

Yes. Where would you put them?

Looks good. Is there an end-action for mp4 possible?

Not at the moment, but a good suggestion. You'll be able to do this for now: if(VideoGetPosition("MyVideo")>=parseInt(VideoGetDuration("MyVideo"))){//Is at the end;}
I've suggested it to the developers and they're going to add it soon but probably not in time for the beta.
