so, ive just created a thumbnail gallery of images in hippo.(set up like a grid)..after creating it, i wanted to scale the whole 30 layers at once to make it a bit smaller...either that or copy all the layers at once and paste them inside its own timeline..is there a way to group or select all layers or selected layers at once...even a way to link layers (a la photoshop)
i should of really created a seperate timeline first...but didn't....
Is this possible?

You can select the keyframes of the layers, either by dragging a box around them or shift clicking in the timeline. Then right click and select copy frames (ctrl-c won't work). Make a new timeline. Inside that right click the timeline and select paste frames. I'm pretty sure this will work.

No multiple layers cant be selected that way. But keyframes can. And they can be copied from main timeline into a sub-timeline.

ahh..so click on the keyframes themselves......
I think i tried clicking on the objects on the screen ..clicking on the layers etc....
I'll try this later...
i still think it would be cool to be able to group layers (like photoshop)..so we could scale etc. all at once... maybe i can if i click on the keyframes....

You can scale all the elements this way. However the position of the single objects won't change, so it leaves a gap between them so you'd have to reposition all of them.
I agree. That would be cool.
In Flash a single click on the layer name selects all frames in that layer. In Hippo it selects frame of the sliders current position. I personally think the Flash behavior makes more sense.

We can't get this to not work. Is there any chance you could send us a video of this not working? To copy frames just select all the frames you want, right click "copy frames" go to the new location and "paste frames".

We've just added Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to the timeline.
