When we export to HTML the sounds are encoded to mp3 using the Audio Quality setting. Each sound can have its own setting. If the original sound is already an mp3 it would be desirable to have the option to passthrough the sound, so it is not re-encoded and keeps its source quality. Besides, in any case, if the original sound (wav or mp3) is stereo then the exported mp3 should also be stereo.
By the way, the Audio Quality options should say "8000 Hz, 11025 Hz, ... 44100 Hz, 48000 Hz" or "8 kHz, 11.025 kHz, ... 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz".
