I'm experiencing all sorts of inconsistent behaviour when expanding and collapsing layers. Often, clicking the black triangle does nothing or sometimes it's showing me a "not permitted" icon. Also, I have three layers. I locked and hid two of them so that I could edit the third only. I found myself still able to select and move items from two of the hidden/locked layers. This is random but seems to happen more often than it does not. The unpredictable nature of 'Lock' makes it virtually unusable. See attached second image showing an item on the locked layer "wally" clearly selected. Edit: I have the latest version of HA2 Attachments:

Just to add to this topic, I have found out how to expand and collapse layers and this may just be on my PC, but I don't see how unless I have a very misbehaving mouse driver. Is anybody else having the same problem? Please see image below for an explanation of the problem: Attachments:

The first time you click a layer it should select. The second time you click the layer it should expand or collapse. However, if you click anywhere on or around the triangle it will expand or collapse even on the first click. You can still select and edit frames when a layer is collapsed or even hidden, however, you shouldn't be able to if the layer is locked. Is this not the case? I've done some testing and it's possible to select locked frames if you use undo, we'll fix that. Is that the issue you are seeing?

I should have really started two topics because there are two issues here:
1. expand/collapse This does not work as expected nor as you described. I'll do a Camtasia recording for you to show you.
2. locked/invisible layers You've seen this issue and have said it's being fixed, so no worries there
I'm just finishing off an animation (no crashes this time!) so I'll post that before I do anything else
